Rachel is the head cheerleader and the best performer on the team. Recently her lack of focus and attitude in training has been well below par and is affecting the morale of the other girls in the squad who look up to her. Coach Johnny Lake has seen enough recently and needs to find out what is wrong and nip this issue in the bud before the rest of the team members' performances dip too. Rachel admits that she is taking on too much in her personal and scholastic life and this lack of focus and direction is showing in her leadership.

She is reminded of what happens to girls who lose focus, and that is dealt with the old-fashioned way.
